So I met Meaghan at a horsemanship clinic, I'm kind of a rough and tumble cowgirl type and I would also categorize myself as a bit of a skeptic when it comes to things that are metaphysical. Now just so I don't sound totally closed off, I grew up in the Verde Valley, just 20 minutes outside of Sedona and I had some experiences with "psychics and mystics" that left me feeling underwhelmed and I guess you could say in a sense ripped off. I, however, would categorize myself as someone with an open heart, who believes that anything is possible. I just have always had two feet firmly planted on the ground. So anyway, I met Meaghan shortly after my mother passed away and after developing sort of a distant, online friendship, I came to learn of her passion as a Pranic Healer/Energy worker. And at one point, she opened her home and heart to me so that I could go for a session to help me cope with the grief of losing my mother. I agreed and I went and had the session, where I definitely felt some interesting sensations and I left feeling lighter, more open and free. In that moment the grief was less heavy and I felt more clear, which is the beginning steps to a path of healing from a dramatic loss. I didn't know at the time whether or not it was because I had a beautiful experience with a kind soul on a beautiful and peaceful property or if it was the energy work she had done that had made a difference. However, I recently connected again with her at our yearly horsemanship clinic and upon my arrival I had unfortunately thrown out my back the day before bucking hay bales (in true cowgirl fashion). Obviously, in my condition I was there simply to watch and not to ride. Meaghan saw me and said hello. Due to my state of practically needing a walker, she noticed my pain and distress and offered to work on me that evening when the clinic ended. And here's the real kicker! She stayed at the clinic location and I went home about two hours away. A few hours later I noticed the immediate subsiding of the pain (well, let's call it what it is--excruciating agony). Just about 15 minutes after the pain magically subsided, I get a message from her saying that she had worked on me and asking if I felt better--and I did!  Not just a little bit but about %75 better! Which to me was amazing but the story does not end there.  This morning, I had dropped my kids off at school, after having been able to put my boots on in under ten minutes for the first time in days. And while I was in the car, I started to feel this intense heat sensation at the point of my injury which was an SI problem.. Again, shortly thereafter, she messaged me and informed me that she had worked on me again--imagine my surprise.  Today, I walked around upright, with an even stride, and very minimal pain. It was nice not to have to eat Tylenol like TicTacs. Thank you so much, Meaghan, for everything. :)

I loved Sedona Sacred Rocks. It was very easy to find, even in the dark, with Google Maps. Self check-in was easy, and my room easily identifiable, with the light on for me. The Mountain Lion room was comfortable and spacious, and I appreciated the refrigerator, the electric kettle and other small appliances, dishware, and flatware, as I'd come directly from the Phoenix airport and was able to make myself a bit to eat. The private patio is perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast or cup of tea. Ask Meaghan why it's called the Mountain Lion room--it's a cool story. On my first morning, I had a wonderful trail ride with Meaghan and one of the other guests. It had been a couple of years since I'd been on a horse, and Meaghan not only chose the perfect horse for me, Brogan, but she also helped jog my memory on a couple of the finer points, which I appreciated! Upon returning, Rick talked through my list of places to go and things to do with me and provided me some additional recommendations, such as breakfast at Café Jose and dinner at Javelina Cantina. He also mentioned that Elote Café is worth the hour+ wait, and he was right--it's not to be missed! The dogs and cat are sweet and friendly, so if you're an animal lover like I am, you will feel right at home. I only stayed for three nights, and I wish I had had more time there. I didn't see much of the other guests aside from the trail ride, so I also recommend if you're looking for a quiet, private place to rest and recharge. In short, Sedona Sacred Rocks is a wonderful place for a restful and comfortable stay.
Meaghan and Rick, thank you so much for your hospitality. I loved the Mountain Lion room--it was perfect. I felt very much at home and enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Next time I'm in Sedona I'll hope your place is available again! Many thanks, Wendy

If you are going to Sedona to tap into the mystical spirituality of this beautiful place, you simply must stay at Sedona Sacred Rocks. We participated in the chakra sound healing session that Meaghan does every Wednesday evening, and I actually had a vision of my higher consciousness/third eye opening! WOW!!! Rick gave us some great suggestions of things to see, one of which (a Buddhist stupa/peace park) we wouldn't have found on our own. Very cool and serene! Their 3 lovable dogs greeted us each morning and their cat hung out with us at night. Plus, the stars you can see at night from this little spot of heaven are indescribable. Overall, Sedona Sacred Rocks is an amazing experience!
Thank you for an awesome stay. The chakra bowl sound healing session was an unforgettable experience!

Meaghan's location is a quick drive to town. Stayed in a nice RV that opens onto the forest. Enjoyed quick hikes right from her home with her adorable dogs leading the way. Beautiful healing energy radiants from all she does.

Meaghan, your home is a treasure and has the best healing energy that I felt while I was in Sedona. Next time I will use your services.

Such a beautiful home, and a delightful host. Close to everything but far enough out of the way to enjoy the amazing natural environment Sedona is known for. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! When I arrived Meaghan greeted me with a huge smile and hug. My room was very comfortable and the place is very peaceful and quiet. The best part of my stay was participating in the Medicine Wheel Ceremony with Meaghan. If you have the chance to do this, don't miss it! It was wonderful! I also loved the dogs! Great energy and so sweet. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a peaceful, healing experience. Meaghan is wonderful! Thank you!

My stay at Sedona Sacred Rocks was amazing. I loved my room with private patio exit! The property was beautiful with lots of spiritual touches and places to lounge. I liked having access to so much hiking right in the backyard of the property. Meaghan is a gifted healer and I had a life changing experience with her in the Divinity with the Horse healing session. It's one of a kind and not to be missed. Thank you, Meaghan, for your beautiful sanctuary and warm care.

Serene. Peaceful. A touch of Sedona magic. The Sedona Sacred Rocks made my Sedona trip all the more memorable. It was SO nice to be able to retreat and recharge after all of Sedona's activities! The location itself was a secret oasis and Meaghan was a great host who was very personable and accommodating :)

We had no trouble finding the location at all, but that was because I had Verizon. Otherwise, I would have been lost as pie since we unfortunately came very late (1am) and the streets lack apparent street names. So I highly recommend getting there in the daytime if you could!

All in all, thank you Meaghan! It was such a pleasure to meet you and stay at the Deer Suite. Would definitely do it again :)

Lovely and tranquil property with many unique areas to have alone time, and the room was clean and comfy. We had been on the road all day and ended up arriving a bit earlier than anticipated. Even though Meaghan was at an event, she graciously arranged for Stephan to meet us. He was kind and helpful in showing us around and even offered to introduce us to the horses. An ideal Sedona stay and a pleasant experience all around. We thank you both!
