Schedule (a general one as we will have more fun surprises and experiences):
Friday night:
6pm—Horses will greet you and we will have a light dinner with them by the Tipi
Each day:
7am
– Wake up
-Fresh and healthy Breakfast
-Feeding the horses their breakfast
-Meditation with them nearby and reflecting on what we are experiencing being around the horses
-Grooming and connecting with your horse
12 noon Lunch
-Journal and self reflection time
-Tacking up for safe rides
-Riding, yay~
-Shower your horse and then yourself
6pm Dinner
-Evening meditation time/reflection on yourself and what your horse and Higher Soul is showing you
-Comfy rest and sleep to be ready for the next day
Monday:
-7am breakfast
-Gratitude for our time with the horses
-Checkout (11am)
